Terms and Conditions
   

Lessons:

1. Fees must be paid in advance, one hours fee being held as a deposit, with at least five clear working days between the receipt of fee and the date of training.

2. In the event of a cancellation, for any reason, 48 hours notice must be given or the deposit is forfeit.

3. Pre-paid courses only will, from time to time, be subject to special discounts.

4. The training vehicle will be made available to pupils for their driving test subject to receipt of a fee equivalent to two driving lesson. We reserve the right to withhold this facility if, in our opinion, the pupil does not meet the required test standard.

5. Every effort will be made to ensure that the pupil is the only client in the car during the lesson. Pick up will be at the agreed location, on time plus or minus 15 minutes (depending on local traffic and weather conditions).

6. We cannot be held responsible for mechanical or electrical failure, illness or DSA test cancellations.

7. All driving lessons will be a full hour in length.
